EPIC MBA
First project after joining Jaryah Studios. Vic Keller (a Jaryah client) runs Epic MBA — a premium six-month coaching program that helps founders set up operations so they can stop being the main bottleneck in their own company. The job was a six-page website that did two things at once: feel editorial like Vic's content reads, and convert like a high-stakes sales page. Editorial layouts translated into clean responsive structure across six pages. A custom video testimonial grid where every testimonial carries weight instead of blending into thumbnails. Card layouts structured for readable scanning. Heavy assets — videos, high-res imagery — loaded instantly so they don't cost conversions before anyone reads the offer. Got a Figma file and the form's embed script. Built it from there.
The Challenge
A premium coaching program sells on trust, and trust lives in testimonials. So videos had to be front and center, not an afterthought. But Vic's content reads editorial — like a magazine, not a SaaS pitch — so the layout had to honor that pacing while still being responsive at every screen size. On top of that, since several of the six pages are conversion-critical, performance wasn't negotiable: heavy testimonial videos plus high-res imagery had to load instantly, or the page would cost conversions before anyone read the offer.
The Approach
Started with the Figma file plus the form's embed script from the client. Built editorial sections as their own reusable card components — clean structure, predictable naming, easy to hand off later. The video testimonial grid got custom framing treatment so each clip carries weight instead of merging into a wall of thumbnails. Videos and high-res images were treated as lazy, optimized assets from day one so conversion stayed fast no matter how heavy the testimonial load. Form integration used the client's embed script directly — no middleware, no plugin, leads straight to their system.
The Solution
Six-page Webflow website — editorial layouts turned into clean responsive structure, custom video testimonial grid, structured card layouts, lazy-loaded heavy assets, and a directly-embedded client form. Built from Figma and the client's embed script, delivered ready for handoff.
